Canopus Stabilised Wood Series 14 x 6.5" Snare Drum

The outer ply of the shell is a hybrid consisting of a high grade material and a special resin which are vacuum pressure-cast, then cut to 1mm thickness. The drum features a maple shell, and it has a lacquer finish.

This finish has a unique, new appearance – realized by combining a flowing and complex woodgrain pattern with complex colouring.

Along with Canopus's famous sound, which they are always particular about, this drum is also visually spectacular and a joy to behold, as due to the nature of the finish, no two snare drums look the same!
